Bring back the old formula
Been using this cream for years it was beautiful and effective. At first I thought I had a faulty product as it was thinner but didn’t sink in instead looking like soap on the face, not as moisturising but now blocks pores and behaves so differently. If there’s somewhere I can buy the old stock of the og formula I would in a shot but I’m thinking my next face cream is going to have to start the whole trial and error with alternate brands to find what works - again. It wasn’t broke and didn’t need fixed!

New Formula Not as Good
I have been using this moisturizer for years, I have convinced my brother and a number of my friends that this is the best value moisturizer on the market. At least, that was the case. The latest formula change has given this product a chemical smell, and the cream is not as thick any more. I am not sure if I have noticed a difference in performance but I thought I would let Nivea know that the previous iteration was better. The chemically smell is slightly off-putting now, and makes me think what is causing it. Not sure why they have fixed something which was not broken! My 5 star rating has dropped to 4.5 stars, shame on you Nivea. Kind regards, Nivea Q10 Expert - BW
